Benefits of hiring previous justice involved individuals
Diverse Perspectives
Individuals bring diverse perspectives and ideas creating a better understanding of issues and problem solving.
Social Responsibility
Helps companies fulfill their social responsibility. It is an opportunity to make a positive impact and help individuals who may otherwise struggle to find employment.
Strong Work Ethic
Many individuals who have been incarcerated have had to work hard to overcome obstacles and rebuild their lives. As a result, they often have a strong work ethic and a determination to succeed.

*Justice involved individuals are those who have been involved with the law, charged, jailed, or been in contact with the law but never formally charged but have had brush-ins.
**At-risk youth are those (but not limited to) with social or academic circumstances or are part of a racialized/marginalized community and due to that they have had a negative impact on their living, between the ages of 18 and 29.
